Zest the orange, peel it and remove the pith
Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and cook until the cranberries pop and the sauce thickens - about 15 min
Once cool, place the mixture in a blender and blend
Serve warm, room temperature or cold

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1 medium orange
2 pitted dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Water - 1/8-1/4 cup
