Grilled Hispi Cabbage + Tahini Dill Sauce

Buttery soft and rich flavor



Ingredients

  • 1 large Hispi (pointed head) cabbage, cut in half vertically



Dressing

  • 1/2 cup fresh dill

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 3 Tbs tahini

  • 1 Tbs lemon juice

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • Salt + pepper

  • 1/4 cup olive oil + more for spraying

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Heat a griddle pan and spray the cut side of the cabbages with olive oil

  • Grill cut side down for about 5-8 min

  • Bake the cabbage for about 45 min or until soft

  • While the cabbage is roasting blend the dressing ingredients until smooth. Add a bit of water if necessary.

  • Pour dressing over and enjoy!
