Blend all the ingredients
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Turn the heat to low and stir until the mixture is a thick, but runny consistency

1 1/2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp white miso
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
2 Tbs nutritional yeast
1 Tbs tapioca starch
Dash of maple syrup
