Quick Roasted Tofu

Simple + delicious



Ingredients

  • 1 block firm or extra-firm organic tofu

  • 2 Tbs tamari, or low-salt soy sauce

  • 1 Tbs maple syrup

  • 1 Tbs toasted sesame oil

  • TJ Everything but the Bagel spice



Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400º

  • Slice tofu into square, rectangular or long strips about 1/4” -1/2” thick

  • Place tofu on a parchment lined baking tray

  • Mix sauce and brush on one side of tofu slices

  • Sprinkle with spice

  • Bake for 15 min on one side

  • Flip the slices and brush sauce on the other side and sprinkle with spice

  • Bake for another 15 min
