1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 Tbs hemp seeds
3 Tbs nutritional yeast
2 tsp garlic spice
1 tsp sea salt

This recipe can be changed up using hemp seeds as the main ingredient instead of cashews. The rest of the recipe remains the same.
