Ingredients
1/3 cup llight coconut milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
2-3” peeled ginger, sliced
3 carrots, peeled + sliced or grated
2 whole oranges, peeled
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbs toasted sesame oil
1 Tbs miso, dissolved in warm water
1 Tbs maple syrup
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
4 small shallots, peeled

Blend all the above in a heavy-duty blender
