Golden Orange + Carrot Turmeric

Perfect on salad, bitter greens, stir fries or drink it!



Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup llight coconut milk 

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2-3” peeled ginger, sliced

  • 3 carrots, peeled + sliced or grated

  • 2 whole oranges, peeled

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • 1 tsp sea salt 

  • 2 Tbs toasted sesame oil 

  • 1 Tbs miso, dissolved in warm water

  • 1 Tbs maple syrup 

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar 

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  • 4 small shallots, peeled 



Instructions

  • Blend all the above in a heavy-duty blender



Notes

  • Makes about 3-4 cups
