Lion's Mane Mushroom Steaks

Simply too good to eat as a side - savor each one individually!



Ingredients

  • 2 heads lion’s mane mushrooms, sliced about 1/3-1/2 inch thick

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Tbs olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Chives for garnish



Instructions

  • Heat oil and saute mushrooms for 3 min on each side

  • Add garlic and continue sauteing another 3 min

  • Sprinkle with salt and garnish with chives
