Creamy Sunflower Seed Curry Sauce

Super healthy + Super tasty



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked in boiling water for 30 min

  • 3/4 cup light organic coconut milk

  • 1 Tbs curry powder

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 Tbs lime juice

  • 1 tsp salt

  • A few grinds of black pepper



Instructions

  • Drain sunflower seeds

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (add a little water if needed)

  • Taste for additional seasoning

  • Enjoy on burgers, grain bowls, tacos or wraps

  • Makes about 2-3 cups
