Ingredients
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked in boiling water for 30 min
3/4 cup light organic coconut milk
1 Tbs curry powder
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbs lime juice
1 tsp salt
A few grinds of black pepper
Instructions
Drain sunflower seeds
Add all ingredients to a blender (add a little water if needed)
Taste for additional seasoning
Enjoy on burgers, grain bowls, tacos or wraps
