Instructions Instant Pot Method

  • Set the Instant Pot on saute, add onions and saute for a few min until translucent

  • Add garlic and saute for another minute or two

  • Add all the rest of the ingredients to the pot

  • Cook on high-pressure for 15 min 

  • Naturally warm down for 10 min

  • Turn off 

  • Serve with diced avocados, cilantro and lime over the greens and a grain like farro
