Ingredients
1 cup red lentils
1/2 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable stock (half a carton)
3 Tbs tomato paste
8-10 oz chopped tomatoes
1 Tbs curry powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp turmeric
Salt
Avocado, diced
Cilantro, chopped
