Super Crunchy Broccoli Slaw

Salad meets slaw in this super nutritious dish

Instructions

  • Remove broccoli florets, trim off the hardy parts of the stems and julienne the rest of the stems

  • Microwave the florets for 2 min

  • Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for a while for the flavors to mingle

  • Sprinkle with sesame seed oil just before serving
